Electrants without doors
Electrants provide energy and data exactly where they are needed: at hand height. For indoor and protected outdoor areas, such as factory premises, sockets and other equipment are best placed on the outside. The electrants are equipped with module slots for individual on-site equipping with modules. Thanks to the module technology it is possible to simply replace devices with others regardless of their hole pattern. In addition to socket modules, the StarConnex range offers a wide selection of data to water modules and many other applications. Distribution boxes are equipped with stainless steel top-hat profile rails and impact-resistant inspection flap windows for individual equipping with RCD switches, miniature circuit breakers, flasher relays, small controllers and others. The integration of the fuses in the electrants enables different sockets to be supplied via a common supply line.
StarConnex electrants are very durable and low maintenance. They are generally made of stainless steel and are well manufactured. Highest technical standard is combined with convincing optics. Powder coatings are additionally applied in all RAL colours on request. The standard height is 1,000 mm. These electrants are available in various cross-sections:
EL120 (120 x 120 mm)
Type EL120-1 has 5 slots on one side for modules of size M3.
Type EL120-2 has 5 slots each on two opposite sides for modules size M3. Flange 220 x 220 x 6 mm (8.66" x 8.66" x 0.24"), hole pattern 160 x 160 mm (6.3" x 6.3"/), 11 mm (0.43") diameter.
EL150 (150 x 150 mm)
Type EL150-1 has 4 slots on one side for modules of size M4. Type EL150-2 has 4 slots each on two opposite sides for modules of size M4. Distribution modules M4-306 with 6 height units each can also be used. Versions with screwed head plate allow accessories to be fitted on the top of the electrants of any type. EL200 (200 x 200 mm)
With this size, modules can be fitted on four sides. Type EL200-1 has 4 places on one side for modules size M4. The types EL200-2 to EL200-4 offer this assembly on 2, 3 or 4 sides. Type EL200-1V has 4 slots on one side for modules of size M4 and 1 built-in distributor 18 HP unfitted with impact-resistant hinged window. The types EL200-2V to EL200-4V offer this equipment on 2, 3 or 4 sides. Flange 280x280x8 mm (11.02 x 11.02"), hole grid 220 x 220 mm (8.66" x 8.66") / 13 mm (0.51") diameter.
